Why do you use different products?
It is important that we customize each protection system to the individual needs of the homeowner or business. A basic package does not adequately protect a home. There is no such thing as an “average home” so we don’t provide “average security systems.”

What insurance discount will I receive?
Most companies offer discounts from 5 to 20%. On average we find our customers receive 15% or more.

What is the referral program?
The Safe Home Security referral program is the foundation of our business. We rely on you, the satisfied customer, to help us expand. Your word of mouth advertising is not only beneficial to your family and friends who receive our quality service and support. It can earn you a bonus just for helping someone to protect their home. For each qualified customer you refer to us we will provide you with a $100 gift card.

What is your cancellation policy?
We provide you with a 10 day window to try our products and services. If you feel we haven’t kept our end of the bargain, and we will do everything possible to make it right, then we will accept your equipment back with no obligation.

What types of home automation are available?
Currently we offer the Z-wave based systems by 2GIG. These home automation systems allow the integration of home protection, climate, lighting and appliance control into any home. The wireless technology is also accessible online and from any Smartphone.

Why do you focus on residential security and home automation applications?
As a security provider we feel it is extremely important to focus our time and energy on making the community a safer place. We don’t offer home theatre wiring, built in vacuums, general contracting or anything outside of the security field. You wouldn’t get a haircut from a mechanic so why would you trust anyone other than a security company to protect your family?

Will I own my equipment or is it leased?
As a rule of thumb you will own your system upon the completion of your agreement. In some commercial applications long term leasing is available.
